As Chief Financial Officer of Veriforce®, Tim Taylor provides financial leadership for the company. Taylor joined Veriforce in 2017, bringing over 15 years’ leadership and consulting experience in finance. Prior to joining Veriforce, he served as Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Sales Management at Paradigm, the largest independent developer of software-enabled solutions to the global oil and gas industry. During his 11 years at Paradigm, Taylor was instrumental in selling the company in 2012 from Fox Paine to Apax Partners and then again in 2017 from Apax to Emerson. He also facilitated a significant restructuring and cost reduction program to prepare for the oil market downturn.

Previously, Taylor initiated and managed Eagle Global Logistics’ internal controls group, developed the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley methodology and led compliance efforts in the Americas. He began his career as a consultant for Arthur Anderson and Deloitte & Touche. In his consulting role with these firms he assisted major energy clients in internal audit, risk consulting, and the creation of training and implementation of internal controls to support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Taylor earned a BS degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), former board member and current member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and member of Financial Executives International.
