As Vice President of Operations at Veriforce®, Lanre Sewoniku directs ongoing Veriforce initiatives to achieve optimal operational efficiency across all departments. Sewoniku joined Veriforce in 2017, bringing over 15 years of broad operations experience and special expertise in process automation and improvement and customer satisfaction and retention for technology companies. Most recently he served as Director of Support, North America for Paradigm Geophysical Corporation, the largest independent developer of software-enabled solutions to the global oil and gas industry. At Paradigm, Sewoniku worked closely with cross-functional global leadership and defined clear customer experience standards, fostered a culture of responsiveness, and instituted best practices for a consistent service delivery model.
Prior to this, Sewoniku created and led the Client Services organization at Paymetric, a market leader of SaaS integrated secure payments for fortune 1000 Clients. While at Paymetric, He was part of the leadership team that successfully transitioned the company from a licensed software company to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. He pioneered several initiatives including the company’s premier Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, and Cloud based Client portal. His leadership was instrumental in the company achieving expedited revenue recognition, accelerated project delivery and very high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sewoniku earned an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun, Nigeria.
