Operators want to know that their contractors and subcontractors work safely and that they are committed to meeting applicable requirements related to the health and safety of their employees. While there may be no real regulatory driver for doing so, many leading operators monitor the health and safety performance of their contractors as a risk management measure.
Typically, operators obligate their contractors to meet all applicable regulatory requirements related to health and safety. We represent you in ensuring that your contractors are meeting those requirements, track all data, and provide you with real-time access to reports.
We manage an efficient process for ensuring that your contractors and subcontractors are adequately meeting necessary requirements. Like everything else we do, we try to build systems that operators can share -- the results we strive for are improved ability to demonstrate compliance, and cost savings for our operators, both individually and collectively, through economies of scale. To learn more about how we achieve these results, contact us at sales@veriforce.com.
We work with you to determine which contractors and subcontractors will be required to submit health and safety statistics. This list of contractors is entered into VeriSource so we can effectively track when contractors need to submit new statistics.
We work with you to develop written communication directing contractors to submit appropriate statistics in VeriSource within the required timeframe.
We become the primary contact for contractors. We will communicate requirements and answer contractors’ questions as they pertain to meeting the requirements you have established.
We also provide toll-free telephone access in order to facilitate handling of contractor questions and other requests.
All communication (outbound Veriforce-initiated correspondence and inbound contractor-initiated communication) is logged and reported to you through VeriSource.
Initially, each contractor submits the statistics identified below for the most recent three calendar years and in accordance with the following schedule thereafter.
Quarterly
Annually
Contractors will be given access to VeriSource to enable them to upload statistics directly. Automatic reminders are sent to contractors when new data is required.
All data will be accessible to you and your contractors through VeriSource.
We offer comprehensive on-site audits of contractor programs. The purpose of these audits is to verify the accuracy of statistics submitted by the contractor. We work with you to communicate findings and corrective actions to the applicable contractors. To learn more about our contractor safety services, call us at 800.426.1604.
