Only individuals who have been authorized as evaluators may conduct personnel OQ evaluations. To become an authorized evaluator, an individual's "technical competence" and "suitability" must be approved and the individual must successfully complete the Veriforce Evaluator Training Program. Evaluators must be reauthorized annually.

You may attend Veriforce’s Evaluator Training one of two ways:
Instructor-led Course: The instructor-led course is offered once a month in The Woodlands, TX (north of Houston). The 7-hour course includes the objectives for the course plus computer training familiarizing course participants with VeriSource (Veriforce’s database) and mock evaluation training.
The instructor-led course is highly recommended for first time evaluators or seasoned evaluators looking for a hands-on refresher and an opportunity for personal interface with Veriforce. This is also an excellent course for OQ Administrators. Course fee is $750 payable before course date. Email training@veriforce.com for questions or to sign up. (Onsite training is available for multiple students.)

Online Refresher Course: The online course is primarily used for "refresher" training. It is highly recommended that you attend the instructor-led course at least once. The online course is available 24/7 in VeriSource (Veriforce’s database). You will need your own VeriSource user name and password to attend the training and pay the fee. Your company administrator can issue VeriSource user names and passwords if you don't already have one. It is recommended that you take the online training modules in order. After you have completed the training modules – challenge the final exam. In order to pass you must score a 100% (50 questions). There is a $125 registration fee due when you challenge the final exam. If you do not score a 100% you may retake the exam. Keep a copy of your “Test Key" (given to you when you pay) so you do not have to pay again. Veriforce will receive the results automatically. You do not have to mail in the answer sheet.
