Safety Statistics

If you have been notified by your pipeline operator that you are required to enter your company safety statistics you must do the following:

1. Execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). (After the PSA and payment have been received your company contact will receive a user name and password allowing them access to VeriSource).
   Note: If your company already has a PSA on file with Veriforce, you do not need to submit another one.
2. Login into VeriSource from the Veriforce home page.
   
3. Locate "Safety Statistics" in the menu. (If it is your first time to enter safety statistics you may be required to fill in company information.)
   
4. Submit data.
   

Once your company has executed a PSA and has submitted safety statistical data, Veriforce pipeline operators can view the data in our database - VeriSource. You may contact Veriforce at 800-426-1604 with questions.
