Q: Where is the pipeline operator’s covered task list?
A: A copy is included on the Veriforce website under Contractor Resources. Click here to review now.

Q. What tasks do I qualify employees on?
A: You should obtain a list of covered tasks from the pipeline operator that is specific to your company and/or scope of work.

Q: How do I find an authorized evaluator?
A: You may choose to hire a Third-Party Evaluator (www.oqevaluators.com) or send someone within your organization through the evaluator authorization process. In order to become an authorized evaluator, the individual must complete the application, submit three technical references and pass the Evaluator Training Program exam with a score of 100%. There is a $125 annual fee for the exam and refreshers must be taken on an annual basis in order to remain authorized. To review evaluator authorization resources click here

Q: How do I print a Field Verification Report (FVR)?
A: Go to www.veriforce.com, in the top right-hand corner, click on Login to VeriSource.  After you enter your username/password, look under the OQ tab at the top of the page and, from the drop-down, select Field Verification Report. Next, from the drop-down list, select the appropriate pipeline operator you are working for. You will be given the option to Run by Task or Run by Employee. If you choose Run by Task, you may select some/all tasks for which you have at least one qualified individual for the specific operator and select Run Report to view qualifications.  If you choose, Run by Employee, select Run Report next a qualified individual’s name to view all qualifications held by that individual for the specific operator.

Since becoming an operator member with Veriforce, they’ve always been very responsive to our needs, and great at providing innovative solutions to enhance the system. They offer a fresh perspective in dealing with the qualification issues the pipelines have faced and from that have built a solid tool for the operators and contractors.

The service is great, they’re responsive. If you call with a problem it’s generally fixed immediately. There’s not a lot of red tape to go through before they handle things.
