What Does Veriforce Do?

Fatigue is a safety issue that affects everyone. Fatigue can inhibit one’s ability to carry out the roles and responsibilities of a given job. This course covers the roles and responsibilities of control room personnel. Topics that are covered objectives for the learner include:

• How to protect against the onset of fatigue
• Identifying signs of fatigue
• Information about what causes fatigue and steps to assist with the mitigation of the effects of fatigue and good practices.
  

The online modules are now available for use through the Veriforce database system (VeriSource). Fatigue awareness modules include:

• Fatigue Mitigation Awareness Training modules (one for controllers and one for their supervisors).
• Downloadable family take home pamphlets.
• Downloadable fatigue safety board posters.
