Company Profile
Who is Veriforce?
Veriforce began in January 2001 as a small company involved in regulatory compliance consulting, personnel training and certification, and workforce development consulting.
Initially, our work focused on providing support to the U.S. Department of Energy where we were involved in designing, delivering, and documenting training related to radioactive waste management processes and procedures. We grew to offer training and consulting services to a variety of other clients throughout the United States.
In the fall of 2001, Veriforce was asked by a large interstate gas transmission pipeline Operator to assist in designing a process to enable them to administer pipeline contractor qualifications to comply with the Department of Transportation’s newly promulgated Operator Qualification (OQ) Rule. In the course of designing and implementing that process, Veriforce has been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a number of other pipeline Operators throughout the United States. Today, Veriforce is recognized nationally for its leadership in helping to construct an effective approach to OQ compliance.
In January 2003, Veriforce moved its headquarters to The Woodlands, Texas where we continue to live and work today. Today, we offer a broad range of services. We continue to grow and expand – both in the number of clients we serve and the services we provide to those clients.
Veriforce is committed to establishing a new standard in client support. Our success has been, and will continue to be, based on our ability to:
- Provide unmatched customer service at a reasonable cost;
- Find creative ways to solve problems;
- Move quickly to implement those solutions;
- Bundle those solutions into larger systems; and
- Work harder than anyone else to design, develop, implement, and manage those solutions.

Veriforce provides services – not products. While we’ve developed scores of forms, documents, training materials, testing materials and other tools for our clients, those things have been, in all cases, developed and implemented as part of a larger system or process – the foundation of which is service. We don’t sell these tools as products – they are developed and provided as a key part of the services we provide.
Our clients access their data and reporting tools through VeriSource, our web-based database application. VeriSource is a powerful tool which enables our clients to access critical information on a real-time basis. We don’t sell VeriSource -- it is an integral part of the services we provide. Veriforce sells the work that creates the data that gets reported through the database.
