New VeriSource Contractor Admin Training Classes

The purpose of the VeriSource Contractor Admin Training class is to provide an in-depth review of VeriSource (Veriforce’s database). The intended audience is contractor administrators who are responsible for entering various data in VeriSource, in order to meet pipeline operator requirements.

What is it?

This is a fast paced, informative class with lots of student involvement. Attendees will be given the opportunity to discuss their specific issues and interact with Veriforce staff. We guarantee each attendee (no matter their computer experience) will leave with a complete understanding of VeriSource, how to view employee qualifications, and how to input pipeline operator data.

Below are just a few questions that will be answered in the class:

• What are the different VeriSource user levels and how should you use them
• Add new employee/users
• How can you save money by inactivating your qualified employees before the next billing cycle
• What is a Field Verification Report/EN-0431and why do you need it
• What is portability and is it something you need to worry about
• How do you know if you should enter your company’s safety and drug and alcohol information and what is required
• How the task granting matrix works and why you should use it
• How you can keep track of your evaluator(s)’ paperwork and its status in VeriSource

Where is it?

VeriSource Contractor Admin Training classes will be held at the new Veriforce office in Shenandoah, Texas. Our new location is near The Woodlands, Texas and is strategically well positioned to allow easy access from both the Houston area and the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

When is it?

The class will be offered monthly – usually the second Tuesday of each month.

The charge is $100 per person.
